Who we are

This website is operated by BUFFALO DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LLC, 919 S MAIN ST, Sapulpa, OK 74066, and powered by Cinder POS. Your orders and purchases are with BUFFALO DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LLC.

Orders and pickup

• An order is accepted once we confirm it. We will let you know when it is ready for pickup.
• Pick up at our store during store hours. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
• The person picking up must be the person who placed the order, or someone they have told us about.
• We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example to follow the law or when an item cannot be supplied.

Age-restricted products

• You must be 21 or older to buy alcohol, tobacco, vape, or other age-restricted products.
• You must show a valid, unexpired government photo ID at pickup, and the name must match the order.
• We will cancel any order, or the age-restricted items in it, if we cannot confirm your age or identity. You will not be charged for cancelled items, and any payment for them will be refunded.
• You may not buy age-restricted products for anyone under 21 or for anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

Prices and availability

Prices, taxes, and availability can change without notice and may differ from prices in store. Product images and descriptions are for information only. If an item is out of stock or priced in error, we may cancel or adjust that item and will let you know before you pay for it.

Payment

Payment is due as shown at checkout, or at the register when you pick up. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout and in store. Applicable taxes are added at payment.

Returns and refunds

Check your items at pickup and tell us right away about anything missing, damaged, or wrong, and we will replace or refund it. Other returns follow our store policy; ask our staff before you buy. Opened products and age-restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco generally cannot be returned unless faulty or the law requires otherwise. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Acceptable use

Products are sold for personal use and may not be resold. Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, submit false identity documents, or use automated tools to copy its content.

Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, BUFFALO DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LLC and Cinder POS are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
